I am an Integrative Psychotherapist with over 15 years experience.
Being an Integrative Therapist means I can draw upon a variety of theoretical approaches, depending on the support you need. However, I do work predominantly with Person-Centred and Psychodynamic approaches, applying CBT where applicable. The Counsellor-Client relationship is the most important factor of our work. I will help you think about what you want to achieve in therapy and work towards that with you.
Training and Experience
Since qualifying, I have done a wide range of further training including CBT, Motivational Enhancement Therapy, and working with Addictions.
Before I became a Psychotherapist, I trained as a Yoga Teacher & Thai Yoga Massage Therapist. I have always had a holistic, caring and motivational attitude, aiming to treat each individual client with the care they deserve.
