How I Work
My aim is to provide you with a safe, compassionate and confidential space so you feel comfortable to talk about things that are on your mind and make sense of difficult feelings.

Whilst we are each unique, we can all struggle at times. I believe we are all capable of growth, given the right conditions, and that supportive relationships and connection help us to heal and flourish.

The relationship between therapist and client is vital and our initial appointment will give you an opportunity to talk about your concerns and experience how we might work together.

I offer short term counselling (6 to 12 sessions) or longer term and ongoing therapy. We can discuss your requirements and aims in our initial assessment session and review these together regularly.

I am committed to high professional standards and work to the Code of Ethics of the BACP and I invest in regular ongoing training as part of my continuous professional development (CPD) and aim to stay informed of latest research.

Qualifications:
I have an MA in Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy from Roehampton University.
