About Me

I’m a qualified and experienced therapist with a master’s degree in Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy. I am BACP registered and support clients with a range of issues in private practice, I have also counselled for a women’s charity and the NHS.

Who I Work With

I work one to one with individuals aged 18 and over.

People come to me for support with a variety of issues including anxiety, depression, bereavement and loss, relationship problems and challenges associated with key life events, navigating change and the effects of trauma.

My area of particular interest is in empowering women, often struggling with relational trauma and low self-esteem.

How I Work

As an integrative therapist, I draw on my training in person centred, humanistic-existential, psychodynamic and CBT approaches.

You may have specific goals for therapy or you may be feeling stuck or alone with your feelings and unsure of a way forwards. My aim is to be alongside you to explore your difficulties and discover what you may need for positive change. I will support you to process previous experiences from a place of compassion, consider new perspectives, and gain a greater understanding of yourself and how you can flourish.

My focus is on building an environment where you feel safe, supported, and free to express yourself. I will listen and I won't judge you. We will work at your pace, using appropriate resources, to help you find clarity and feel able to make the changes you want to make.

I offer short term (6-12 weeks) and longer term therapy. Sessions last 50 minutes and can be face to face or online.
